Purchased 3 times. We love the design and it's one of the few high-quality brands in the U.S. that fits smaller spaces. Unfortunately, we've had issues with the electrical component each time.
The first was fine for several years, but then stopped working out of the blue. The more recent two kettles gave out about 1.5-2 years later, had issues with the electrical component. The automatic shutoff no longer works on our current kettle, and sometimes leaks. Would like to find a way to fix without replacement again and putting into the landfills.
It's a great basic electric pouring kettle! The max flow rate could be higher, but otherwise no complaints, and a great price for the quality.
