Refund policy
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and, as such, we offer a 30 day return policy for all items purchased from our website (hario-usa.com).
Orders that arrive damaged should be reported within 3 days of the package delivery.

Return shipping labels may be requested through us and will be deducted from your refund amount or you can arrange your own return shipping. More details within Return Form.
Returned items that are used or damaged upon return will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. If you have any questions regarding our Return Policy, please email us at customerservice@hario-usa.com.
We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for 1 year on electric items and 90 days on all other items purchased from an authorized seller of Hario items located within the US. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or negligence. Glass damage is not covered under our limited warranty.
If you would like to initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at customerservice@hario-usa.com. In your message, please include your proof of purchase and a description of the basis of your claim. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for your warranty claim.
